West Northamptonshire Local Plan – call for sites
The Call for Sites (CFS) enables local landowners to make suggestions for locations where development should be considered within the West Northamptonshire Local Plan (WNLP) area up to 2043.
Published: 2 March 2026
The WNLP includes proposed site allocations for housing and/or economic development. Sites can be nominated using the Call for Sites Form which is available on the WNC website – click the link, scroll down the page to locate and download the form.
Once completed, submit the form by email: planningpolicyconsultation@westnorthants.gov.uk no later than 27 March 2026.

If you do suggest a site it would be helpful if you can also advise Pattishall Parish Council directly – please cc your email with the attached form to the Parish Clerk.
If you have already submitted site proposals as part of the previous call for sites undertaken during earlier consultations on the West Northamptonshire Local Plan, then there is no need to resubmit them unless you wish to provide updated or additional information.
